When you want to buy an artwork, you will see one of two buttons below.
The sale is redirected to the artist’s website
This means that the artist has decided to redirect the sale on its website.
You will be redirect on the artist’s website to complete the purchase and you must know the following points.
- The price may have changed.
- Shipping depending on destination.
- The price may change depending on currency conversion rates at time of purchase.
- The cancellation policy is to ask the artist.
- Artzup is not liable for any problems between the artist and the buyer.
The sale is organised on Artzup
This means that the artist has decided to complete the sale on Artzup.
You can then add the artwork in your basket and proceed to purchase but you must know the following points.
- Shipping is included in the price.
- The price may change depending on currency conversion rates at time of purchase.
- You have 7 days to cancel your purchase after receipt of the artwork, but return costs are your responsibility. When the artist received his work in return, we will refund in full unless the work has deteriorated.
- We currently accept payments through Paypal. You can use Visa, Master Card and American Express and be certain that your datas are safe. We do not accept checks.
